Return & Exchange Policy

At Look & Live Fashion Garments Exports, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used, worn, or washed items

  • Products without original tags/packaging

  • Innerwear, accessories, or sale/discounted items

  • Orders placed with wrong size or color due to customer error

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues and within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchange depends on stock availability.

  • If the desired size is unavailable, a credit voucher or refund (if applicable) will be offered.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at contact@looklivefashion.com or WhatsApp us at +91-99994 78785 with your order ID and issue.

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for return pickup or courier.

  4. Upon receiving the returned item and inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated only if return is approved.

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method or store credit, as per your preference.

  • It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

6. Return Shipping Charges

  • In case of defective or wrong product, we bear the return shipping cost.

  • In other cases, the return courier cost will be borne by the customer.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing (before shipping).

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You can return the product after delivery (as per above terms).
